Any employee / Independent Contractor referring a qualified driver to the Director of Recruiting will receive a bonus under these guidelines.

• The candidate must meet Company/DOT qualifications, complete orientation and be employed/leased and complete first dispatch
• OTR referrals will be paid $500.00 when the referred driver completes Orientation and completes their first dispatch. Upon completion of 90 days, sponsoring employee / Independent Contractor will receive $250.00
• Local/Dedicated referrals will be paid $250.00 when the referred driver completes Orientation and completes their first dispatch. Upon completion of 90 days, sponsoring employee / Independent Contractor will receive $250.00
• Trainee referrals will be paid after completing required training, referring driver will then receive $250.00

• The Recruiting Department and officers are excluded from this program.
• Your name must be on the application as the referral source to be valid.
• You have to meet the referred driver off of Epes property.
• You must be actively employed at Epes at time of payout.
• Referral bonus payments are taxable.
• Referral Program can be discontinued at any time with or without notice.
